30-Days Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-days money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Unpacked Products: Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been unpacked from their original packaging. To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, they must remain in their original, unopened condition.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at muunelo@muunelo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided along with the RA number. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not compensate return shipping expanses.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or provide a full refund as per your preference.
